Tenn Capital has completed a complex £2.3 million loan against a London residential property.
This particular transaction was unusual because we lent to an international trust structure and the underlying beneficial owner was also internationally based.
The trust structure we lent to was linked to the borrower’s corporate interests and business holdings. We were able to draw on our experience and track record of lending in highly complex scenarios and financing deals that involve various types of international structures.
Mike Starkey, Tenn Capital’s Head of Credit said of the deal, “We are delighted to complete this loan. Our team worked hard to understand the nuances of the deal at the outset and then collaborated closely with our excellent legal representatives to complete the transaction. Our thanks again go to them and particularly Joelson.”
